Omnia Metals Group Ltd ( (AU:OM1) ) just unveiled an update.
Omnia Metals Group has moved into the U.S. critical minerals sector by securing a 100% interest in the Stibnite Ridge Thompson Falls antimony and silver project and directly staking the Radix Sheep Creek rare earths and gallium project in Montana. Both projects sit in Tier-1 jurisdictions with existing infrastructure and strong U.S. policy support for critical minerals, positioning Omnia to benefit from tight antimony and gallium markets and efforts to reduce reliance on Chinese supply.
The Stibnite Ridge project lies on the Stibnite Hill structural corridor next to U.S. Antimony Corp’s Thompson Falls smelter, the only DOD-approved integrated antimony operation in North America, and shares the same host stratigraphy as the major Stibnite Hill Mine. The Radix Sheep Creek project comprises 80 lode claims adjacent to one of the highest-grade rare earth and gallium deposits in the U.S., on a carbonatite trend considered the only known economically viable domestic gallium source.
Omnia is also in talks to acquire an additional advanced U.S. critical minerals asset and is strengthening its management and technical team to advance these new projects alongside its Ord Basin copper-PGE-nickel project in Western Australia. The company has secured firm commitments to raise more than A$1.5 million from investors, plus director participation, providing funding to accelerate exploration and development while enhancing its strategic positioning in the North American critical minerals supply chain.
