An update from Oakley Capital Investments ( (GB:OCI) ) is now available.
Oakley Capital Investments reported a 2.7% increase in NAV per share to 758p for the quarter to 31 March 2026, taking total NAV to £1.26bn, driven mainly by earnings growth at mature portfolio companies such as North Sails, TechInsights, Exaforce and Bright Stars. Despite solid portfolio performance and minimal impact from Middle East tensions, the share price fell 18%, widening the discount to NAV to 38% in line with pressure across listed private equity and investment trusts.
The company invested £28m during the period, including stakes in French cloud software provider Groupe Senef and America’s Cup team Athena Racing, while realisations were modest at £2m. With £180m of liquidity, outstanding commitments of about £672m expected to be deployed over five years, and an active £20m buyback programme already boosting NAV per share, OCI is positioning for continued value creation as management teams increasingly leverage AI and a promising exit pipeline.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:OCI) stock is a Buy with a £7.25 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Oakley Capital Investments stock, see the GB:OCI Stock Forecast page.
