Swedish property company Nyfosa is rebranding as Altra Fastigheter as it rolls out an updated strategy focused on sharper positioning and value creation. The group will adopt the Altra name in Sweden, while maintaining the Kielo and Bratsberg brands in Finland and Norway respectively.
The new name, inspired by the Italian word for “other,” reflects a commitment to exploring alternative options in property and investment decisions. As part of the shift, its share will soon trade under the new ticker ALTRA on Nasdaq Stockholm, with bond tickers also changing but existing ISIN codes remaining in place.
