Brooks, the main shareholder and founder of Coralia Pty Ltd, currently holds no Noviqtech shares or options directly, but is entitled to receive 17,777,778 ordinary NVQ shares and 8,888,889 listed NVQOA options upon completion of Noviqtech’s $500,000 scrip-based acquisition of Coralia, aligning his interests with the company’s future performance and integrating Coralia’s assets and expertise into Noviqtech’s operations.
