Nordic Semiconductor ASA has implemented its 2026 remuneration policy by paying part of the board directors’ fees in company shares, as approved at the 2026 annual general meeting. Based on the April 28, 2026 closing price of NOK 188.60, a total of 4,097 treasury shares were distributed to board members, with allocations including 1,685 shares to chair Dieter May and 603 shares to each of four other directors.
The shares were transferred from the company’s holding of treasury shares, after which Nordic Semiconductor holds 1,317,344 treasury shares in addition to 1,003,634 shares held for the founders of Memfault Inc. The move further aligns board incentives with shareholder interests and was disclosed in accordance with EU market abuse regulations and Norwegian securities law.
