An announcement from Metaplanet KK ( (JP:3350) ) is now available.
Metaplanet Inc. has introduced a 60-day fee waiver on the issuance fee for its Sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipts trading under the ticker MPJPY on the U.S. OTC market. The waiver, effective from April 13 to June 12, 2026, removes the usual charge of up to US$0.05 per ADR for all investors, including those converting existing MTPLF F-shares and new buyers of MPJPY.
The ADR program, administered by Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas with a 1:1 ratio to ordinary shares and DTC-based settlement, is designed to offer U.S. investors a smoother alternative to the JASDEC-settled F-shares that can face trading and liquidity frictions at some brokers. Metaplanet expects no material impact on its consolidated financial results from either the ADR program or the temporary fee waiver, while positioning the stock for improved accessibility and potential liquidity in the U.S. market.
The most recent analyst rating on (JP:3350) stock is a Buy with a Yen901.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Metaplanet KK stock, see the JP:3350 Stock Forecast page.
