Shareholders holding 429,164,448 issued shares were eligible to vote, and there were no voting restrictions or shares designated to vote only against any resolution.
Investors overwhelmingly approved the 2025 audited financial statements, a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share, the re-election of three directors, and authorisation for the board to set directors’ and auditors’ remuneration.
