Logistea AB has acquired a fully leased industrial property in Kempele, near Oulu in Finland, through the purchase of the property-owning company. The asset, built in 2024 and strategically located between Oulu Airport and the city centre, has an agreed underlying property value of SEK 38 million and offers 4,032 square meters of manufacturing and warehouse space.
The property is fully leased to Cactos Oy, a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of hardware and software for modern energy storage, under a lease with about nine years remaining and a break option after roughly four years. The acquisition, financed with available funds, adds approximately SEK 4.5 million in annual rental income on a triple-net basis, strengthening Logistea’s recurring cash flow and expanding its Nordic logistics and industrial footprint.
