Leslie’s, Inc. has bolstered its Board of Directors by welcoming Maile (Clark) Naylor, a seasoned investment management professional with 25 years of experience. Effective May 15, 2024, Naylor will contribute her expertise to the Audit and Compensation Committees and is set for re-election in 2025. Her extensive background includes roles at MFS Investment Management, Scudder Kemper Investments, and Wellington Management, along with current board positions at BJ’s Wholesale Club and Laird Superfood. Naylor’s appointment coincides with the resignation of Eric Kufel, who has taken on a new role as CEO of JustFoodForDogs.
