Kruso Kapital S.p.A., a Milan-based financial group specialising in pawn credit and auctions of valuables, art and collectibles, operates through brands including ProntoPegno, Credito Economico Popular and Kruso Art in Italy, Greece and Portugal. The company leverages a multichannel structure and a network of branches in major cities to provide valuation, secured lending and auction services on high-value items.
Kruso Kapital has successfully completed its first bond issuance, placing a €12 million, three-year private bond with institutional investors, structured as a bullet loan indexed to the six-month Euribor with semi-annual interest payments. The transaction, arranged and largely subscribed by Cherry Bank with support from Banca Valsabbina and leading law firms, is intended to diversify the group’s funding base and finance its growth strategy, particularly the expansion of its core pawn credit business, reinforcing its financial development and future expansion capacity.
