The latest update is out from Kontrol Technologies ( (TSE:KNR) ).

Kontrol Technologies reported weaker fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results following its earlier divestiture of the operational net assets of CEM Specialties Inc., which reduced revenue and activity versus 2024. Annual revenue fell to $5.7 million from $10.9 million, gross margin slipped slightly to 54%, and adjusted EBITDA remained negative at $0.8 million.

The company swung to a 2025 net loss of $6.3 million from net income of $12.2 million a year earlier, driven largely by non-cash unrealized losses of $3.1 million on marketable securities and a $1.2 million goodwill impairment. Despite the losses and exposure to volatile digital-asset-related securities, Kontrol ended the year with $7.8 million in cash and marketable securities, no interest-bearing bank debt, and continued its normal course issuer bid, repurchasing more than 2.1 million shares.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:KNR) stock is a Hold with a C$2.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Kontrol Technologies stock, see the TSE:KNR Stock Forecast page.
