Kingsrose Mining Ltd ( (AU:KRM) ) has issued an update.
Kingsrose Mining Limited has appointed experienced mining executive Andrew Caruso as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 June 2026, with acting CEO Terry Holohan to remain in place until then. Caruso, who will be based in Calgary, brings more than 30 years of industry experience across major miners and junior developers, including leadership roles at Alcoa, Crosslands Resources, Avanti Kitsault Mine and several ASX-listed companies.
With a background spanning iron ore, coal, base metals, bauxite, gold, silver and industrial minerals, Caruso has a track record in feasibility studies, project development and large-scale expansion projects. Kingsrose chairman Mike Andrews said the appointment is expected to drive efficient, cost-effective advancement of the company’s Scandinavian exploration projects and support an aggressive acquisition-led growth strategy, signalling a renewed push to scale the business and enhance shareholder value.
