International Entertainment Corporation ( (HK:1009) ) just unveiled an update.
International Entertainment Corporation is preparing to expand from its existing casino operations in the Philippines into online electronic gaming, after its subsidiary NCLI obtained an e-Casino Games Operator license in February 2025. The group is negotiating with a potential online gaming operator and assessing investment opportunities in this segment to broaden its gaming footprint in the Philippine market.
To meet Hong Kong listing requirements, the company has engaged Philippine legal counsel to confirm that the planned online gaming activities comply with all applicable laws, and hired an international audit firm to review internal controls, including anti-money laundering measures. The company warned shareholders that non-compliance with gambling regulations could jeopardize its listing status, and said it will issue further updates as negotiations progress and regulatory and internal control reviews are completed.
