Impact Minerals Raises A$2m to Accelerate High-Purity Alumina and Industrial Minerals Strategy

Impact Minerals Limited has secured A$2 million in an oversubscribed placement to fund advancement of its Lake Hope high-purity alumina project and emerging industrial minerals opportunities in the Lake Hope–Salmon Gums region. The capital raising, supported by major shareholders and new long-term investors, will also back its stake in Alluminous and the HiPurA process, as the company positions itself across energy transition materials and critical industrial inputs.

The funds will be directed to feasibility work at Lake Hope and Salmon Gums, further investment in Alluminous, exploration at Broken Hill and general working capital. Management highlights that the underlying mineral system at Lake Hope–Salmon Gums could support multiple standalone or integrated operations, potentially reducing processing risk and providing strategic domestic supply of sulphate of potash and hydrochloric acid amid fragile global fertiliser and chemical supply chains.
