Iconic Minerals has formalized a 50/50 joint venture with McEwen Mining to advance the 2,140-hectare New Pass gold property in Nevada, a Carlin-type system with an established inferred gold-silver resource that remains open along strike and at depth. Successful results could materially increase the known scale and continuity of the deposit, support NI 43-101 reporting, and advance New Pass toward a more advanced development stage, with implications for long-term growth prospects for both Iconic Minerals and McEwen Mining in the region.
