HitIQ Limited ( (AU:HIQ) ) has provided an update.
HITIQ Limited has requested an immediate extension to the voluntary suspension of its HIQOA listed options on the ASX, as it finalises an application to the Federal Court under section 1322 of the Corporations Act. The application seeks more time for the admission to quotation of the options issued under its May 2025 prospectus, addressing timing issues under sections 723 and 724 of the Act.
The company has asked that the suspension of the HIQOA options remain in place until the earlier of 7 May 2026 or the release of a court-related announcement, which it expects to make before trading begins that day. HITIQ says the move is needed to manage its continuous disclosure obligations while the court process is underway and notes it is unaware of any reasons why the suspension should not be granted or of any additional information required by the market.
