Henry Boot ( (GB:BOOT) ) has provided an update.
Henry Boot has appointed Hamer Boot as the permanent managing director of HBD, its development arm, consolidating leadership changes introduced in late 2025 to support future growth. Boot, a former JP Morgan Chase banker with more than two decades of real estate and finance experience, has led HBD’s strategic board since December and will sit permanently on the group’s executive and investment committees.
Chief executive Tim Roberts said Boot’s track record positions him to unlock value from HBD’s £1.4 billion development pipeline, which spans around 7 million sq ft of projects in its core markets. The move underscores Henry Boot’s ambition to expand its UK development activities and deliver sustainable, impactful schemes, reinforcing its standing in residential, industrial and urban regeneration sectors.

Spark’s Take on BOOT Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BOOT is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by weak cash flow in 2025 (negative operating and free cash flow) and bearish technicals (price below all key moving averages with negative MACD). These risks are partly offset by a very conservative balance sheet and a reasonable valuation with a supportive dividend yield.
