Glen Eagle Resources ( (TSE:GER) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Gold Basin Resources Corporation reported the results of its March 16 annual general meeting, where 54.56% of outstanding common shares were voted and all director nominees received unanimous shareholder support. The board now consists of Shane Ebert, Mark Ernst, Jim Paterson, John Robins, and Jordan Ross, with shareholders also approving a five-director board and the reappointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors.
Following the meeting, the board appointed Ebert as president and chief executive officer, Jean-Pierre Jutras as vice president, Chantelle Collins as chief financial officer, and Barbara O’Neill as corporate secretary, while naming Paterson, Robins, and Ernst to the audit committee and Ross as lead independent director.
