FRP Advisory Group Plc ( (GB:FRP) ) has provided an update.

FRP Advisory Group plc has expanded its employee benefit trust (EBT) holding by purchasing 3,506,147 ordinary shares at 113 pence each from certain existing and former partners. The move follows an earlier liquidity opportunity for partner shareholders after the company’s full-year trading update, with CEO Geoff Rowley and COO Jeremy French choosing not to participate.

Following the transaction, about 43.5 million shares, or roughly 17% of FRP’s issued share capital, remain subject to lock-in arrangements, underscoring continued alignment between partners and the listed group. The EBT now holds approximately 4.6% of the company’s issued share capital, increasing the pool of shares available for employee incentives and potentially strengthening long-term engagement and retention.
