The latest update is out from Enel Chile SA ( (ENIC) ).

Enel Chile reported consolidated results for the period ended March 31, 2026, showing net income attributable to shareholders of US$162 million, down 7% year on year as higher financial expenses and lower FX gains outweighed stronger operating performance. Operating revenues rose 8.7% to US$1,198 million and EBITDA climbed 15.8% to US$423 million, supported mainly by its generation business, while gross financial debt edged up to US$3,882 million and the average cost of debt held at 4.9%.

By segment, generation EBITDA jumped 22% to US$386 million despite a 2.4% drop in net energy generation and lower sales to free customers, reflecting improved pricing and higher solar and combined-cycle output. The distribution and networks segment saw flat physical sales and revenues but a decline in EBITDA to US$41 million amid higher losses and transport costs, while on April 1, 2026, Enel Chile began building the 94 MW Azabache BESS storage project in Antofagasta, advancing its hybrid solar-wind-storage platform and reinforcing its strategic push into system-flexibility solutions.

The most recent analyst rating on (ENIC) stock is a Hold with a $4.60 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Enel Chile SA stock, see the ENIC Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on ENIC Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ENIC is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by mid-range financial quality (stronger 2025 margins and reasonable leverage but multi-year volatility and uneven cash conversion) and an attractive valuation (low P/E and high dividend yield). These positives are partially offset by weak technical momentum, with the stock trading below key moving averages and negative MACD.
