Digital Holdings has announced a sweeping reorganization of its leadership as it prepares to be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange and become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hakuhodo DY Holdings in March 2026. Chairman and Representative Director Atsushi Nouchi and Director and Founder Noboru Hachimine will retire at the end of their terms, alongside all external directors and Audit & Supervisory Committee members, marking the end of the governance structure that oversaw the company from listing through privatization.

President and Representative Director Daisuke Kanazawa will be reappointed to lead the group and deepen strategic integration with Hakuhodo DY, with an explicit aim of driving the next growth stage and enhancing corporate value under unified management.
