An update from DESTINATION ITALIA S.P.A. ( (IT:DIT) ) is now available.
Destination Italia reported a 20% rise in 2025 consolidated revenues to €63.1 million and production value of €69.2 million, driven by B2B growth and strong demand from North America, Western Europe and the luxury segment. EBITDA more than doubled to €2.0 million, marking a seventh consecutive year of margin improvement, though higher depreciation from intensive tech and market-expansion investments kept EBIT and net results negative.
Net loss widened to €2.4 million and net financial debt increased to €17.5 million, reflecting continued spending on its proprietary AI platform and commercial expansion, which also reduced equity to €4.0 million. The board approved the 2025 statutory and consolidated accounts and launched two AI-based value drivers—a consulting unit built around the HubCore.AI SaaS platform and an Operations Excellence program—to consolidate past investments, boost efficiency and reinforce its competitive positioning in an increasingly selective travel-tech market.
The most recent analyst rating on (IT:DIT) stock is a Hold with a EUR0.60 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on DESTINATION ITALIA S.P.A. stock, see the IT:DIT Stock Forecast page.
