Desert Metals Ltd. ( (AU:DM1) ) has shared an update.
Desert Metals has launched a Phase 1 aircore drilling program of more than 2,000 metres across 40 holes at the Tiogo gold prospect within the Tengrela South permit in northern Côte d’Ivoire. The work targets a 900-metre untested mineralised corridor between two previously reported high-grade intercepts and forms part of a broader 6,000-metre campaign across Tiogo and nearby Kakologo, with drilling expected to finish within two weeks and initial assay results due in April 2026.
The program is designed to follow up on strong historical drilling results, test coincident geophysical and soil geochemistry anomalies along a +4km GAIP chargeability trend, and outline mineralised corridors ahead of a potential maiden resource reverse-circulation drill-out. Desert Metals is also advancing regional exploration at its Adzope project, where permit-wide stream sediment sampling has been completed, underscoring its strategy to build a pipeline of gold targets in a region attracting increased investment from established players such as Perseus Mining.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:DM1) stock is a Sell with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Desert Metals Ltd. stock, see the AU:DM1 Stock Forecast page.
