Delorean Corporation Ltd has appointed banking and investment specialist Jared Thomas as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective 11 May 2026, following the retirement of Non-Executive Director Michael Phillip on the same date. Thomas, currently Head of Investments for Tanarra Capital’s special situations division and a long-time financial partner to Delorean, brings extensive experience across energy, transport, real estate and other asset classes.
Executive Chair Hamish Jolly said Thomas’s project finance and capital markets expertise will strengthen the board as Delorean advances balanced investment solutions for its build-own-operate portfolio, including the $62 million NSW1 Horsley Project, which has reached final investment decision and secured $30.5 million in grants. The board also acknowledged Phillip, a former Tanarra executive, for his contributions as a Non-Executive Director since October 2024.
