China Overseas Property Holdings has announced a board reshuffle effective at the conclusion of its annual general meeting on 17 June 2026, with long-serving independent non-executive director Lim Wan Fung Bernard Vincent retiring after more than nine years of service. Lim will step down from the board and from his roles as chairman of the sustainability steering committee and member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
