Wisdom Sports Group ( (HK:1661) ) just unveiled an update.
China Frontier Technology Group has agreed to acquire 49% of Ningbo Qihe New Material Technology for RMB19.6 million, a price set after arm’s length talks and benchmarked against the target’s net assets of about RMB20.17 million and an independent valuation of RMB20.25 million as of late March 2026. The target has been consistently profitable, with revenue rising from RMB102 million in 2024 to RMB109 million in 2025, and the group expects the deal to create industrial synergies from research and development through to production and trading, broaden its product range and improve customer experience while leveraging its existing client base to drive the target’s market expansion.
Management highlighted that both companies operate in functional materials, enabling tighter integration of technology and manufacturing capabilities with established sales channels. By using a guideline public company approach to valuation and focusing on comparable listed peers, the board seeks to support the acquisition price as fair and strategically justified, signaling a deliberate push to strengthen the group’s positioning in consumer electronics and new energy supply chains.
