An announcement from Catena Media ( (SE:CTM) ) is now available.
Catena has issued SEK 3.25 billion in senior unsecured green bonds under its MTN programme, with maturities of two, three and five years and a mix of floating and fixed rates. The proceeds will be used to refinance bonds maturing in July 2026 and repay bridge financing, in line with its green bond framework.
Management says the successful placement reflects strong investor confidence in Catena and supports its financing strategy as it continues to expand its presence in the Swedish bond market. The transaction diversifies and broadens the company’s investor base while underpinning its capacity to fund sustainable logistics property investments and maintain stable long-term returns.
