An update from Canada Rare Earth ( (TSE:LL) ) is now available.

Canada Rare Earth Corp. has had a cease trade order revoked by the British Columbia Securities Commission after the company filed its previously delayed interim financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and related executive certifications for the period ended December 31, 2025. The filings, which were overdue as of the March 2, 2026 deadline, led to the original order being issued on March 6 and subsequently lifted effective April 2.

Despite the regulatory clearance, trading in Canada Rare Earth’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange remains halted, as the revocation does not automatically restore market activity. The company is now working with the exchange to meet reinstatement requirements for a resumption of trading, and plans to provide further updates as it progresses through the process, leaving timing for a return to normal market trading uncertain for investors.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:LL) stock is a Hold with a C$0.03 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Canada Rare Earth stock, see the TSE:LL Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on LL Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, LL is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance—deep recent losses, negative equity, and renewed cash burn. Technicals show no clear trend (flat vs moving averages) with unstable momentum signals, while valuation is not supportive because the negative P/E reflects ongoing losses and there is no dividend yield provided.
