Brinova Fastigheter AB Class B ( ($SE:BRIN.B) ) has shared an update.
Brinova Fastigheter AB has agreed to divest a newly built residential property in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, comprising 153 fully leased apartments and a parking garage with a leasable area of 11,059 square meters. The asset, originally acquired in 2025 as part of a development deal with K-Fastigheter, is being sold as a share transaction to Danish asset manager Formuepleje at an underlying property value of DKK 437 million, with transfer of ownership scheduled for 14 April 2026.
The sale marks a profitable exit for Brinova, as the property’s value has increased from the original DKK 380 million at acquisition and DKK 397 million at year-end to the agreed transaction value, equivalent to about SEK 637 million before deferred tax and sales costs. The deal underscores Brinova’s strategy of creating value through selective acquisitions and development, then recycling capital through disposals in order to support continued growth in its core southern Swedish residential and community property portfolio.
The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:BRIN.B) stock is a Hold with a SEK13.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Brinova Fastigheter AB Class B stock, see the SE:BRIN.B Stock Forecast page.
