Brinova Fastigheter AB has agreed to divest a newly built residential property in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, comprising 153 fully leased apartments and a parking garage with a leasable area of 11,059 square meters. The share transaction, based on an underlying property value of DKK 437 million (approximately SEK 637 million), transfers ownership to Danish asset manager Formuepleje on 14 April 2026.
According to CEO Per Johansson, the sale leverages strong demand for high-quality properties in Copenhagen and aligns with Brinova’s strategy to sharpen its geographic focus. By exiting its Danish holding, the company aims to concentrate resources on its core southern Swedish markets and support continued value growth within its focused property portfolio.
