Banco di Desio e della Brianza’s shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, highlighting a consolidated net profit of €127.3 million, solid capital ratios and improved asset quality, and confirmed a dividend of €0.5105 per share with a 50% payout and higher total distributions.
