Bairong Inc. has proposed changing its corporate name to Bairong AI Inc. to better align its branding with its core focus on artificial intelligence, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting and regulatory clearance in the Cayman Islands. The proposed name change will not affect shareholder rights or day-to-day operations, and existing share certificates will remain valid without the need for exchange.
