Auckland International Airport has expanded its ordinary share base through the issue of 4,828,628 new shares under its dividend reinvestment plan, priced at $7.9365 per share and paid in cash. The new shares, issued in respect of the interim dividend for the period ended 31 December 2025, represent about 0.285% of the total shares on issue and lift the company’s outstanding ordinary shares to 1,699,958,231, modestly strengthening its equity capital while allowing shareholders to reinvest dividends.
