Andromeda Metals has announced that Chief Financial Officer Pascal Alexander-Bossy will resign effective 26 June 2026, after joining the company in November 2023 and contributing to key funding initiatives. A specialist recruitment firm already engaged to find a new Chief Executive Officer will now also lead the search for a replacement CFO.
In the interim, Financial Controller Clint Ettridge will oversee core finance and reporting, supported by external advisors, to ensure continuity. The board highlighted Alexander-Bossy’s role in securing credit approval for a major debt facility and progressing cornerstone funding for the Great White Project, stressing that project funding and strategic momentum will continue as the company transitions to a new executive leadership phase.
