Alina Holdings PLC ( (GB:ALNA) ) has issued an announcement.

Alina Holdings reported a widened group loss of £801,000 for 2025, compared with a £327,000 loss a year earlier, as book value per share fell to 16.9p and cash reserves declined to £447,000, though the group remained debt-free and added £1.6 million of financial holdings. Property operating costs rose while administrative expenses fell, and one property is now classed as held for sale at a £1.2 million valuation, with no dividend declared in line with existing policy.

Operationally, the company increased passing rent at its Bristol asset to more than £200,000 and secured non-binding agreements with two national hospitality brands for its Castle Court property in Hastings, despite a planned sale of the Brislington site collapsing and leaving Alina with a £110,000 deposit. The board is prioritising the redevelopment of Castle Court to accommodate new tenants and convert upper floors to live/work units, alongside pursuing a renewed sale of the Brislington property while maintaining tight cost control and active risk management in a challenging UK property market.

Spark’s Take on ALNA Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ALNA is a Neutral.

Overall score is weighed down primarily by poor financial performance (sharp revenue decline, ongoing losses, and negative cash flows). Technicals are supportive on trend (price above key moving averages and positive MACD) but appear overextended (very high RSI), and valuation is constrained by negative earnings and no provided dividend yield.
